About Us

"Help me do it myself"

Welcome to "Paletchka" Nursery

"Paletchka" Nursery is a place where children grow freely, confidently, and with the joy of discovering the world. Inspired by the Montessori method, we create an environment that encourages each child's natural curiosity and supports their individual development.

We believe that every child is unique and possesses their own rhythm of learning. Our mission is to create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment in which children develop their skills, independence, and confidence. We are guided by the following postulates:

  • If you often criticize a child, they learn to condemn.
  • If you often praise a child, they learn to appreciate.
  • If a child often encounters hostility, they learn to oppose.
  • If you are honest with a child, they learn justice.
  • If you often ridicule them, they become shy and timid.
  • If a child lives with a sense of safety, they learn to trust.
  • If a child is often lectured, a sense of guilt is nurtured.
  • If you approve of what they do, the child learns to have a good self-attitude.
  • If children are surrounded by hostility, they learn aggression.
  • If a child lives in an atmosphere of friendship and feels needed, they learn to find love in the world.

Our Mission

What Guides Us

The mission of "Paletchka" Nursery is to be an authoritative, modern, and dynamic health institution. To work towards strengthening the health and physical development of children. Active participation of parents in the life of the nursery. Increasing the quality of pedagogical and administrative control. Creating conditions for qualification activities based on continuing education.

Our main goal is to support the overall development of the child — intellectual, emotional, social, and physical.

  • Encouraging independence and responsibility
  • Building confidence and respect
  • Developing a love for learning
  • Supporting creativity

We work according to the Montessori method, which puts the child at the center of learning. Children learn through practice, choice, and experience in a prepared environment.

  • Freedom within clear boundaries
  • Development of concentration and self-discipline
  • Practical activities with materials
  • Support from trained educators and medical specialists
